In return, users of the website receive information on the latest tts innovations, solutions and events by e-mail at no additional cost. We collect and use personal data of our users only to the extent necessary for the provision of a functional website and our content and services. The collection and use of personal data of our users is regularly carried out only with their consent. In return for the provision of the content, a contact form must be completed and submitted. In order to complete the registration process, the user must confirm his e-mail address in the double opt-in procedure. The double opt-in gives tts the possibility to provide the user with personalized information. If the user does not confirm his e-mail address, his personal data will be deleted after a period of 7 days.

The data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer required to achieve the purpose for which they were collected or the user closes his account.

The user can at any time stop the delivery of personalized content via "Cancel" account in his profile.

7. Infoletter

a) Description and scope of data processing

The infoletter is sent based on your registration on the website and in return for providing the content. For this purpose, the data from point 6 of this privacy policy is evaluated.

For the processing of data, your consent is obtained during the registration process and reference is made to this privacy policy.

The legal basis for the processing of data after your registration for the infoletter is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. By registering for tts.university, you agree to receive the infoletter. The registration for the infoletter must be confirmed again via a link in the registration email.

Google Remarketing

Within our online offer, the so-called "Facebook pixel" of the social network Facebook, which is operated by Facebook Inc., 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA, or Facebook Ireland Ltd, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland ("Facebook"), is used.

We use the tools "Google Tag Manager" and "Google Maps" on our website.

Google Tag Manager allows us to manage website tags through one interface. The Google Tag Manager tool that implements the tags is a cookie-less domain and does not collect any personal data itself. Google Tag Manager provides for the triggering of other tags, which in turn may collect data. Google Tag Manager does not access this data. If a deactivation has been made at the domain or cookie level, this remains in place for all tracking tags implemented with Google Tag Manager.

By using Google Maps, we can interactively display maps directly on the website. By visiting the website, Google receives the information that you have called up the corresponding sub-page of our website.
