tts implemented the SAP SuccessFactors Learning module with the QuickStart solution and set up the required personalizations. Thanks to the user-friendliness of the system and the targeted training provided by tts, Snop's managers quickly became familiar with the system and are now driving training activities throughout the company on their own.

Up and running in no time

Thanks to the precise training provided by tts, Snop was able to quickly roll out the system internationally after the successful go-live in the DACH region. In the meantime, the user community has grown from an initial 1,000 to over 7,000, and courses are offered in eleven languages throughout the group. With over 1,300 training programs available, we can confidently say that the training library has become a reality.
