Planning is everything

Given the tight timings, INEOS Styrolution was keen to roll out multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules in all countries simultaneously. With this in mind, the project was launched with a global kick-off workshop. The close collaboration between in-house HR experts from INEOS Styrolution and experienced tts consultants was key to ensuring the planning and implementation processes were a success. “This paved the way for completing the go-live in record time,” highlights Albert Tomaj, Global IT Program Manager at INEOS Styrolution.

INEOS Styrolution is now able to systematically analyze staff data and key operational HR metrics throughout the entire group and derive appropriate measures.
