In this way, reservations are quickly dispelled.
Another success factor: tts did not implement the solution as a complete package, but introduced the individual modules step by step. First came the Performance & Goals module, followed by the four other modules: Compensation, Recruiting, Succession & Development, and Learning.
After several years of using SAP SuccessFactors Learning, Performance & Goals, Compensation, and Recruiting, the journey continued with the global implementation of the Employee Central module, which took the HR IT architecture to a new level. This laid the foundation for consistent data management across the company, process compliance, and further expansion of HR self services.

The HR team experienced the benefits of the modules shortly after they were introduced. What used to take weeks of Excel spreadsheets and tedious coordination is now just a click away.
